Formed has been in the healthcare sector since 1993 providing rehabilitation services in its own clinics. In 2005, services were expanded to include foot care and also a workshop at which orthotics and prosthetics are produced and sold. Thus the company has two main operations: Formed Rehabilitation- Foot Care Clinics, and Formed Healthcare Workshop.
In addition to rehabilitation clinic services, the company is specialized in patient mobility, assistive technologies, healthcare products, accessibility and indoor/outdoor systems for rehabilitation.

In Formed there are 20 employees who are highly experienced and skilled in their own areas. There are 2 rehabilitation specialist physicians, 4 physiotherapists, 3 orthotics and prosthetics technicians, 8 sales and marketing people and 3 office staff. The employees are continuously trained according to the latest technological developments so that the best possible services at international standards are provided.
Formed is the distributor of various brands and products in Turkey.These brands include: WalkAide by Innovative Neurothronics, Ultraflex by Dirame, Silique prostetics by Foryou Medical Device, and Scoliologic special brace by Koob. Formed has the exlusive rights to distribute these brands in Turkey. Besides, Formed is also a partner for worldwide brands such as Otto Bock, Linido, and Allard.
In Formed Rehabilitation- Foot Care Clinics, over 2000 patients yearly are consulted and treated. International treatment guidelines and applications are used in all phases of therapy.
Formed Healthcare Workshop has reached over 20.000 patients nationwide in only 4 years. High quality custom made production in international standards is the guiding principle.
