FORMED

Formed was established by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hürriyet Yılmaz as an outpatient clinic in 1993. The physical therapy and rehabilitation clinic has been treating patients continuously since then for 12 years.

Formed Nişantaşi was founded in October 2005 after recruiting new partners Dr Mehmet Gökalp and Dr Cavit Meclisi.

Formed Nişantaşı institutes more modern instruments for physical therapy applications, and accomodates a larger rehabilitation course. Utilizing Enraf En-Dynamic exercise equipment among many other therapy modalities, Formed is aiming to pioneer new therapeutic approaches.

Additionally, Foot Care Center founded at Formed Nişantaşı clinic provides healthy solutions for patients' foot problems.

Our institution strives to achieve maximum therapy effectiveness in full benefit of its patients, through a teamwork consisting specialists in physical medicine and rehabilitation and competent physiotherapists and practicing the 21st century approach to the musculoskeletal problems.
